How do i place order?
It’s simple! Check out the selection of floral products on our online portal or you can call us directly to make an order. As we want the best for you, we will only be accepting orders that are made at least 4 days in advance. We want to ensure that your desired flowers & other necessary materials are ready!
Can i customize my bouquet?
Theme: Muted, Bright, Pastel
I have made a mistake in my order. Can i make revisions to it?
Dont you worry! Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 9236 4519 as quickly as possible, so that your changes can be taken into account before delivery.
What happens if I want to cancel my order?
We guarantee you will be satisfied with the quality and freshness of our flowers! But if cancelling your order is the only way, it has to be made at least 3 full days before the scheduled delivery date. Please contact us via email to email@example.com and we will process the appropriate refund for you. If the notice given to us is less than 3 full days prior to delivery, no refund will be provided.
Where do you deliver?
All our deliveries are made every day in Singapore.
Weekday: 4pm - 10pm
Weekend: 10am - 10pm
We reserve the right to change the delivery schedule.
Both delivery and self-collection services are available.
What if no one is available to accept the delivery?
For deliveries to home addresses, if no one is there to accept delivery, we will leave the product at the door-step. Do take note that we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the item from that point onwards. In the event whereby a wrong address was provided or a re-delivery service is required, an additional $25 delivery fee will apply.
Flowers sent to business addresses and hospitals may be delivered to the main reception depending on the security of the organization. In the event whereby a wrong address was provided or a re-delivery service is required, an additional $25 will be applied.
Can I change delivery date?
A notice of two full days will be required for us to prepare the delivery. If the notice given to us is less than 48 hours prior to delivery, an additional $25 delivery fee will be applied for rescheduling.
What are the modes of payement accepted?
Prices are all quoted in SGD.
We do not accept cash payment. Full payment must be made prior so as to confirm & complete your order. As of now, we are accepting bank transfer (POSB Savings: 057-95591-0) /Paylah!/ PayNow. Do WhatsApp Amanda @9236 4519 with a screenshot of the transaction to verify your payment.
